In mid-March of 2022, Luke Wenke of Olean, New York was indicted on federal charges of cyberstalking and making interstate threats. The indictment came roughly a month-and-a-half after Wenke’s arrest on suspicion of these charges for allegedly cyberstalking an out-of-state victim.
