    “Perhaps the statement has been made in court that ‘nobody is reading Luke Wenke’s letters’, but if I send one directly to the court then it becomes a statement in court. So be it, and now you can have legal evidence that I know how to write in cursive so that way multiple people will know that I know how to and thus won’t be able to pretend to be me over cursive the same way [Katie – me] lied to the … police in September about license plates formerly in my name which my father turned in.

    For all absolutely every last person who has passed through John Sinatra’s courtroom throughout the duration of this case personally knows, ‘[Victim-1/R.G.]’ is the legal equivalent to ‘Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing’ with a few decades of advancements in artificial intelligence technology hacked by malicious Chinese authorities. Simply because he never had to appear in court, none of us truly know if he is even a real person. Someone on the jury that never happened knows him? Prove it. The first prosecutor David Rudroff talked to him on the phone? Then the Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing software’s voice replicator is acting up. I never met [Victim-1/R.G.] face to face. I tried to under plenty of positive face to face encounters similar to my prior experiences dealing with employees of the Salamanca C.C.S.E. credit union or state senator George Borrello. I recall a fake profile on the Recon fetish app (documented in the F.B.I. discovery) considering meeting me at the Mike’s Place restaurant in Ohio where I also met with Nathan Leaver in 2021. I assumed the fake Recon profile was ‘[Victim-1/R.G.]’ secretly touching himself to an early 2021 picture of me street entertaining in Las Vegas while his alleged wife [Victim-1’s spouse] wasn’t looking, but…”

    …I inevitably never saw ‘[Victim-1/R.G.]’ at Mike’s Place of Ohio. Either ‘he’ is a heteroflexible closet case or ‘he’ is just the Windows 98 cartoon paper clip giving legal advice to people who still use Juno Dialup internet. Yes I have been physically present in the Minneapolis building that claims a scary ghost named ‘[Victim-1/R.G.]’ lives in the basement’s broom closet, but I am afraid my [illegible] gland wasn’t working at the moment to witness this alleged supernatural ‘[Victim-1/R.G.]’ occurrence firsthand.

    1 Corinthians 13 to Benjamin Ryan [last name] (or whatever he may be going by these days on his Witness Protection A.T.M. card) wherever he may be. I have absolutely met him face to face, but way back in 2020 my Freedom To Assemble Constitutional right with him was illegally revoked by the alleged person I previously accused of being the Mavis Beacon Typing educational software. Back in September 2020, I did not know the ‘you cannot legally prove who is behind an electronic device’ criminal defense strategy yet. I do recall back then Andrew and Krystie at the Buffalo F.B.I. telling me that Benjamin [Ryan] and Michael Solomon had just been arrested the day it happened. They acted like he was about to be permanently deleted from existence. A week later I was personally in touch with Elexya [last name] of Charleston, S.C. and she came with photographic proof of her and [Ryan] knowing each other. I would later on meet her face to face as of December 2020. Elexya [last name] says she is a starseed from the Pleiades, and I see that star constellation written out in Amos 5:8 of the Bible. I don’t have evidence to back up that claim of her’s. She also said to me she lived at [Ryan’s parents]’ for a year while texting a cell phone number she claimed …”

    …was Brett [last name] instructing me to ‘calm my emotions down’ while I was in the car with her December 2020 while I was outside her Charleston, S.C. strip club place of work. I do not have evidence of her claims that she’s lived with [Ryan’s parents] and their oldest son along with their alleged two younger sons.

    Which brings me to my next point. I met Benjamin [Ryan] in the Libertarian Party. I never met his alleged father Brett [last name] either. I only texted a phone number I thought was ‘Brett [last name]’ between the months of September 2020 and December 2021. This reasonably suspected to-be artificial intelligence occurrence which claimed to be Benjamin Ryan [last name]’s father also claimed to have Crohn’s Disease. Reiki experts agree that Crohn’s Disease means your truth chakra is way off energetically speaking; aka lying. The Libertarian Party commits idolatry sins by worshipping people like Ross Ulbricht, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, and even former 2018 N.Y. gubernatorial candidate Larry David Sharpe on a frequent basis. People like Chris [last name] of [city], M— [last name] of Olean, Tony D—— of Rochester, Andrew K—— of Jamestown, Daniel D——- of Dutchess County; they all idol worship Larry Sharpe way too hard. They are fond of making fake social media profiles going by names like ‘Dulap Nelson’ which, as I remember, received more delegate votes than I did in the 2020 Libertarian National Chairman as an act of protest against me. They are a 50+ year old fringe third party consisting of nothing but a bunch of assholes coming up with asinine political concepts such as the ‘Radical Caucus’ or the ‘Audacious Caucus’ yet hardly ever winning elections or court cases. Federal courts mandating that the U.S. Marshals pay for Catholic exorcism on mentally retarded inmates who identify as vampires named Joe Ellis who the poor, innocent, and hardworking staff at Orleans County Jail don’t know what to do with?     …a ‘Luke Wenke for Coroner’ sign on the front lawn of [address] of [city], N.C. which, according to the internet, is owned by a 50-something year old named Brett [last name], but I never did meet the alleged ‘Brett [last name]’ face to face which claimed to be behind that phone number I texted for over a year. I was sent a picture of an older man with a younger brown haired son at what was apparently a Smashing Pumpkins concert from that phone number once but I don’t know through face to face confirmation if those two people are of any affiliation with my court case here. ‘Brett’ may be a Libertarian troll, too.

    ‘Katie [last name]’ is the final highly suspected false witness in this letter to identify. As I understand, Marianne Mariano first met Katie as my case first started when she received possession of my then-car. I do recall a picture of myself and Katie together in my F.B.I. Discovery, but that picture is from 2014. In September, Katie absolutely lied to the … police about 2022 license plates of mine she said she saw near her house. Too bad because my father turned those in in 2022 legally. I saw Katie face to face last in December 2020 at her house. Great memories I have with her from better times visiting the alleged Betty and Barney Hill abduction sight on the road in 2018 up in New Hampshire. Yes, it turns out that after four years of newfound emotional federal experience that it is highly likely that I do know more about extraterrestrials than Andrew and Krystie at the Buffalo F.B.I. do.     “[UPPER MARGIN: As my fully intact memory recalls, this case’s legally-identified-by-my-eyes-personally illegal conviction came at a time when there was a different prosecutor and defense involved in producing a result on paper without the judge’s direct influence. It is legally classified as a guilty plea which completely bypassed a trial at a time in which Alexander Anzalone did not let me say one word for myself in court. People I never met before were liable to show up and lie just like Katie [last name] does to the police during their jury duty appearance.]

    I rest my written case for the present time being. Everyone in this court has verified that none of them are federally vetted and licensed psychiatrists. So when is this long awaited 20 hour analysis going to begin? It is now time for expert medical approval on all of my truthful statements over this letter. According to my own current analysis, federal courts may in fact be much busier dealing with cases like Michael Regan’s here at Orleans County Jail who I am told is a former corrections officer as he sits in solitude in his own cell in the corner directly across the room from the table I sit at as I write this letter, but I do seem to be picking up on a federal judge who is trying to pull both defense and prosecution closer to tentative dates of resolution over all matters.

    “Dear John Sinatra,

    This is my final ‘third time is the charm’ letter to you from here as we approach that November 7th date I just learned about. My heart is not racing at all, I am looking forward to a positive outcome. You listen to the entire courtroom before making a decision and you were so perfectly nice in August I absolutely walked out of that courtroom regretting not having spoken.

    I know you know very well I have been doing the ‘Only Lauren [romantic obsession Ryan’s mother]’ letter thing. It is not illegal in one way shape or another [illegible] after re-reading legal paperwork from Frank Passafiume, but I am remembering former Congress candidate Nate McMurray’s brother Todd McMurray screaming at his mother on the phone at Niagara County Jail even though she had an order of protection against him and the judge felt bad anyways. I recall watching Judge Jeanine on Fox scream ‘We don’t have a justice system’ on tv at Chautauqua County Jail during the ‘Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal’ chapter of recent American history and then the judge blocked the decision and Judge Jeanine shouted ‘We have justice’. I recall your perfectly intact humanity this past August so you have already received preparation for the ‘Luke is talking for himself’ defense, it is now time for some more humanity on my end.

    I will start off by saying positive things about both Katie and Brett [romantic obsession Ryan’s father]. Katie first since I have known her face to face way longer. I remember her coming into Salamanca Subway when I worked there in 2010 while also a student at … of Olean. She had … bought for herself. She was married to J— at this time. After she left Salamanca after her divorce, her and I talked online up until 2014 when I saw her again in Brooklyn while she was an NYU student. It was around this time I was taking a class through Edge Studio in NYC I traveled to attend in person. After NYU she spent a lot of time living elsewhere and so we did not see each other face to face again until 2018 on two separate occasions. She can perfectly recall her cat being out in Wisconsin and my help taking her out there, summer 2018 we drove every state in New England and she took the picture of me in front of the Betty and Barney Hill abduction sign in New Hampshire. My first two letters to you have given you plenty of leads on other aspects of her character I expect there to be an equilibrium on before the court hearing so Judge Jeanine can also scream ‘We have justice’ if Marianne Mariano also wants to testify against Katie, but the point is Katie and I know plenty of happier times.

    Brett. Met over text September 2020 after his son’s arrest but never face to face. There are pictures of myself and Elexya together in my FBI Discovery in 2020 and a picture of her and Benjamin [/Ryan, romantic obsession] together too in Brett’s house in my FBI Discovery. Brett can recall me emotionally blurting out the words ‘father in law’ to him over text Sept. 2020. He provided me with a picture of his then-14 year old with former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson in 2012, I believe it may be findable online too. We don’t receive pictures of federal inmates at 14 years old unless we are on texting terms with their family. Brett has two other younger sons I do not know the first names of admittedly but all three of his offspring were homeschooled and he plans on retiring to Argentina when all three kids are grown up with his wife Lauren (a psychology enthusiast). Brett’s interests involve growing trees and Greek mythology. He lead me to a book on psychological confidence while I was upset about his son. He can recall me asking him to get the Moderna vaccine so he wouldn’t die of Covid. He may or may not still have a Luke Wenke for Coroner 2019 yard sign with ‘Libertarian party’ on it since I learned in 2020 he and his fellow North Carolina Libertarian registered voters like Mark had been watching my affairs online from the comforts of the south. In 2021 though Brett can recall supporting Ron DeSantis over Donald Trump for 2024. Come Covid Omicron, I thanked him for giving me ‘T—– Balls’ for Christmas, but during that stage of Covid people’s continued fighting negatively affected my indirect homeschool spelling lessons-over-text with him and his two other younger kids, and January 2022’s inevitable reality became a factor as his attorney’s stay at home paralegal used my car.

Due to the perfectly truthful statements made to you over this letter, I have faith that that can come out of this court hearing coming up.

    I want you to know that two days ago prior to my writing this to you (Oct. 29th), I went to bed feeling extremely awful about my share of dragging this entire thing out for the two years I have let them go on. I could have been permanently home Sept. 2022 without one more day like this had I been on top of the Indiana case while in Allenwood. I did not have to say very dark things to Brett over text in May of this year after Buffalo Medical Transportation denied me a job for insurance reasons after I waited for their response week after week. Why did I not take them to court rather than just signing the ‘don’t talk to us’ orders? We could have solved things positively in a supervised setting. Shame on me for thinking with my emotions rather than with logic. I have even said over letter to ‘Only Lauren’ (the one I am sending out today, Oct. 31st) I wish I introduced myself face to face under polite circumstances right away Sept. 2020 rather than find time to street entertain in Las Vegas (something Brett also remembers me live texting him about). January and February 2022 right away I had come to terms with over a decade of internet drama boiling to the top with the internet activity I allowed to happen under my watch. March 2022, I finally came to terms with the humanity issue surrounding [Victim-1/R.G.]’s side of things. I am upset that it took up until now to come to terms with personal regret over handling my entire side of the situation the way I did. I’ve even been upset over giving Katie her crockpot back by leaving it on a park bench rather than in person in 2021. My father Kevin Wenke who I told you rents from your Sinatra relation was once with a woman named Ekram who also comes from Yemen. Her family also pushed my father away because he was not Muslim enough for their liking. I don’t want to hear Mr. Abughanem come up with his own ‘but the Koran says we have to marry Muslim’ excuses for whatever the Edmund FBI agent in his paperwork is saying he tried doing ‘without audio or video evidence’ in Abughanem’s words. I don’t want to hear him simultaneously complain about whatever petty turf war is taking place in Yemen either because it is no different than the accusations I read about in his paperwork. Due to all this Yemen talk I’m giving in this letter, it’s just another ‘Why is there no Sinatra Oil company in Yemen’ talking my point. My father would not want to deal with a sex offender halfway house and he seems to think Brazil is hopelessly savage, so since he always idolized his uncle my grandmother’s brother Walt Nye a former Dresser Rand VP, I don’t see why my father the Sinatra tenant can’t use his University of Tennessee MBA productively and go right to Yemen on behalf of hypothetical multiple Sinatra interests I mentioned here on page 4.

Nobody can accuse me of being useless for federal affairs simply because I have an extraordinarily frustrating personal situation with so many legal issues I am determined to fix. I am telling you useful information directly over letter, I am expressing my unfettered thoughts and emotions over this entire ordeal. There is someone in here wearing rosary beads, thereby proving your June ‘We are not Nazi America’ statement in court true.     I will be thinking about Frederick Douglass back in the U.S. Marshals part of the building before court on November 7th which I assume was scheduled without giving me notice in the hopes that I would be caught off guard and not have enough time to prepare myself to speak for myself finally. [Victim-1/R.G.] is far too Christian to instruct his subordinates to lie in John Sinatra’s God fearing courtroom. I look forward to true God-fearing forgiveness from both myself finally and [Victim-1/R.G.]’s entourage finally after I produce a sex offender and violent offender FSA class framework for him to sophisticate and pass into law without feeling the need to give me my public credit.

    I have been face to face with Carl Paladino alone in his office July 2019. I was one of George Borrello’s top donors as late as 2021 before this mess happened to me. David DiPietro and I sat at the bagel and cream cheese diner by his East Aurora house May 2019 and talked about things like Ron Paul and Upstate NY statehood. The mother to the former owner of Salamanca Napoli’s Pizza, Helen [illegible], told me when I worked there in 2011 that I was ‘too honest for my own good.’ You also know thanks to another letter I sent you that we came from a lifetime of facing my village level judge of a grandmother Carolyn Giardini.

    John Sinatra you don’t get to tell me I don’t know how to live and work with people around me, so I am going to get us off to a positive headstart for October 26th by doing my best to prove you wrong [illegible] letter. When I got back home from Allenwood March 31st, one of many things I did except get all teary eyed when I saw that Benjamin got 48 months and told myself wow I would have shut up and waited had I known that, I also looked you up. You are in your 50s and you don’t have a significant other on your Wikipedia. Did I make fun of you? No, I said wow he’s in the same boat I am. Wow, Covid probably hijacked his social life like it did to the rest of us. So here’s what I’m going to do to start off my ‘proving John Sinatra wrong’ experiment.

Do it to mine, produce a wrongful incarceration check for every day I did like this, and donate every dollar to any charitable cause because I don’t need the money.     I am not a public safety threat. A few weeks before this little stunt happened, Matt Zenger can gladly testify to Katie trying to get me arrested by lying to police saying I was using my license plates that were legally turned in over a year ago by her house. Marianne Mariano should be prepared with those facts too. I know Brett nor Katie will admit guilt in court on October 26th, I expect one big I Plead The Fifth Palooza from those guys. Matt Zenger lied to me when he said ‘Come to Buffalo for a UA test’ and then boom jail. Making false statements in court gets us a Class A misdemeanor and Helen [illegible] said I’m too honest for my own good, remember?

    Brett and Lauren have two other younger sons they homeschool, they need to teach them cursive rather than holding ‘Luke Wenke handwriting plagiarism 101’ as I presume they do. Court documented evidence of all of them [illegible] my handwriting for a while now, they won’t be admitting guilt to any of my accusations Marianne Mariano knows about. I know you see the heartbreak that drags on and on with mine and Benjamin’s forced separation, might as well put him on the FedJet, fly him here, and marry us in handcuffs in front of you to save the extraordinary ‘Freedom to Assemble’ violation taking place not letting me and him talk things out like adults.

    “Hello Mr. Sinatra,

    I want to show my more pleasant side by directly keep you up to date with my situation. I want this ugly part of my life to end as quickly as possible.

    Group therapy three times a week from Olean to Buffalo each time over a Carl Paladino-style email fight from January 2022 with a stranger I never met representing someone my heart beated for three years ago is definitely something that feels like an Obamacare-style government overreach but the survival strategy for the moment looks like it’ll have to be Skyy Homes medical transportation full time hours on the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I am in my own home county and then I will get my old Doordash deliverer account gig going on the Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I am mandated to be in Buffalo. There are many people present at group therapy with much more intense and longer lasting mental health issues than I face so perhaps I need to use the time I have with those people to motivate them and boost their moods. Even some of the therapists at Horizons have said they have faced the same mental health issues during Covid their clients have face. We need to work together so our human environment can improve.

    I wish to provide some transparency to you. Daniel Christmann of the Capitol Riot was one of my 2019 Libertarian presidential candidates. He has been to my house before; before Covid, I am told he is being evicted from his Brooklyn, NY apartment. I do not know what is coming of his situation but I don’t want anyone’s situation to continue to step on my toes. I am perfectly fine with everyone knowing what’s what so they’re on the same page. I am someone who helped Officers Stover and Walker at Allenwood with K2 and where it comes from. I am aware Pope Francis and the Saudi royals like the coca plant but I am fine with that stuff being FDA regulated. It did not take gay men shooting women dead and lesbians shooting men…”

    I am convinced that our country fighting with itself in recent years, ranging everywhere in between fighting with government to a rise in domestic violence cases is comparable to people in high school getting in a fight and later on coming out friends.     I got back home thanks to your heartwarming time served ruling, right away fake numbers started to text me. I have them saved. I went to a Buffalo computer store to see if they could track the IP address, nope. I called Olean Police for help and they said it’s hard to verify to just get a restraining order against anybody. At the end of 2021 I called Olean Police on the eviction ban abusing neighbor who broke in and they were unable to help. Hopefully one day I no longer feel government working against me. Lots of homeowners in Olean feeling disrespected and trying to sell.

    Joe Biden did not have an Ambassador to Russia until after Britney Griner came back. Federal labor shortages appear comparable to Burger King labor shortages. I research the Ambassadors to other countries and who they are and the career politician phenomenon appears to hit the Ambassador positions too. You remember me showing you that my grandmother Carolyn Giardini was the Justice of the Peace for the town of Carrollton, NY. My grandfather Paul Wenke was head of the Cattaraugus County Labor Dept. The new President of Brazil went from President, 19 months in prison, to President.     Hello,

    I am going to do something I’m sure most people you see in the form you met me in don’t do. I am going to write to you how I REALLY talk. Forgive how long I expect this letter to be and forgive the fact that I do not have lined paper to write this on. I wanted to speak to you like me over a year ago. Alex told me to rewrite the letter I sent you before August 2022 sentencing so it would be more ‘typical’. Well guess what, criminal court is not ‘typical’ for me. Shame on me for allowing life to go this way.

    I will start by saying my grandmother Carolyn Giardini was the village judge in the Town of Carrollton NY in the 1990s. I am including paperwork to prove this fact. I wanted to show you a lot during an early June court hearing but Alex said no, proof of my employment was good enough. She worked at the Olean Social Security office. She came in through Ross Perot’s third party; nationally the Reform Party but in NY state it was the Independence Party. She was appointed after a vacancy. She was not re-elected but it’s not like she got 1% of the vote. So she was an unelected judge in a state that elects judges. My grandfather Jerry Giardini was a St. Bonaventure University janitor and he was her baliff in the courtroom. Growing up with her we would always listen to her at the dinner table bragging about how she ‘almost’ put a police officer in jail once. She would do her courtroom paperwork on a card table she would prop up by her living room chair. As time went on, her and my grandfather started a euchre club that would meet at the Allegany Legion once a week. As the 2010s started, she and my grandfather got involved with the Tea Party. The type of person she was…one time a pollster called her on the phone and she said on the phone she was surprised Obama hadn’t been shot yet. She watched Fox News with my grandfather. I lived with them Aug. 2011 to Dec. 2016 after I moved out of my mother and then stepfather’s house outside Salamanca. It is 2023 now…you are simply seeing Sarah Palin’s Tea Party in it’s late stages. She died in the Salamanca nursing home right as Covid started. My sister Camille is still a CNA at that same nursing home. So basically the former village judge for Carrollton was one of these ‘Cuomo Nursing Home Victims’ you hear about.

    I am deeply ingrained in Cattaraugus County. I did not know you when I first saw you in court Apr. 2022. It is not pleasant to sit in the position you met me in. Your last name is Sinatra so next I will talk about Italian stuff. My grandmother is my mother’s adopted mother. I am biologically Polish but it’s the Giardini side [turn]…”

    “…that always won in family court in my extremely divorced upbringing. Her grandfather was Ergildo Martinelli. He was a music professor at St. Bonaventure University. He played organ for a Pope over 100 years ago. The Martinellis are a legacy family of employees at St. Bona’s up to today. My grandmother’s father was a Panada, another Italian name of Olean. So it is my great grandmother Marie Panada who was a Martinelli at birth. She was on the Olean Police Force…the first woman having done so in Olean history. Through the Martinelli side I am first cousins twice removed with Paul Kenyon. He knows Carl Paladino, I met Carl through Paul before Covid. Carl was my first vote at 18 in 2010. I have been with Carl in his office me and him in 2019 when I was Cattaraugus County Libertarian Chairman. This ever ubiquitous ‘How do we separate from NYC’ was the subject. Paul Kenyon has given tours of the Haunted Hinsdale House in our county for years. He has been on tv; Paranormal Lockdown: Destination America over that same house and he has books on Amazon over that house. Carl will also attest to the fact that Paul is with Angel; a girl 41 years younger than him (one year younger than me). In 2012 my grandmother Giardini and her sister Patty tried pulling Angel away from Paul and onto me. Nope I stood up for them because Angel is my age and I saw that it was real between them. In 2023 they are still together. In 2015 I directed a dinner theatre/cancer benefit at ‘Good Times of Olean’ (closed since Covid) for Angel…Carl donated.

    Present at my 1992 St. John’s Church of Olean baptismal was Alfredo Napoleoni. He was the 1992 Democrat for state senate, narrowly losing to Pat McGee. Also a millionaire taxi company owner. He is in his late 80s these days and lives on the [removed]. I visited him alot during Covid. He yelled at the Olean Police last year for allowing what happened to me happen…and he was a crossing guard for them in 2013 in front of Olean Middle School after his wife Gail died. Now he is a Trump supporter simply because the 2020 Covid stimulus check had Trump’s signature on it. My grandmother the judge worked on his state senate campaign before getting upset that he was only running to direct the local population to his taxi business. He is still in my life nonetheless.”

    “Louis Magnano was a well known landlord in Olean who had known Donald Trump since the 1980s. I have seen the picture of those two together in Louis’ widow’s office at Bluebird Square in Olean I believe in 2018. Carl Paladino spoke as Louis Magnano’s funeral. The Magnanos are still ever present in Olean. I’m not sure if there’s distant relations to them on my mother’s side. Paul Petruzzi is a federal lawyer in Florida but from Olean who has been obsessively watching my case’s progress on PACER since this started Jan. 2022.

    I met our state senator George Borrello in 2019 after Cathy Young had resigned. He was looking for the Libertarian cross endorsement for the special election. We went to Oishi Sushi in Olean. It made me feel very big to be a 27 year old Domino’s driver to meet the then Chautauqua County Executive. We do not have a county executive in Cattaraugus County, so I put myself on the ballot for coroner as if I was running for county executive from THAT position. 3% of the vote and I declared ‘we are the III%’ publicly. Minneapolis 2020 because of Libertarians from Facebook younger than me. Three years later it continues in an annoying format. Benjamin was on the North Carolina Libertarian State Committee, Ivan Hunter used to work with the former National Chairman Nick Sarwark. Marc Molinaro was going to do a video with me in my old Olean Politics Facebook group after Joel Giambra dropped out in 2018 but I got impatient waiting for Marc so I did a video with Larry Sharpe. Libertarians demanded more and more from me afterwards and so they sucked me in. It’s a stupid third party that doesn’t win elections and I saw it the day I became county chairman in Dec. 2018. It’s just one big ‘legalize every last vice industry’ movement. Woohoo free stuff for me, so it became a hobby off to the side. Now it’s just a bunch of unwelcome federal legal issues. The [illegible] became real and personal.

    George Borrello remembers my old Facebook group ‘Let’s Bitch About Cuomo’ with over 10,000 members. He was in it. I also texted George while out in Minneapolis. I told the Libertarians in 2019 to stop with the 1% of the vote grandstanding. I said embrace the state senator. Libertarian so called party officials…[turn –>]”

    “…kept asking George mundane philosophy questions, I took my mother to his Sunset Bay Beach fundraisers because she is a Salamanca piano teacher who needs to be school board president. She outperforms my twice prom date Brooke Skiba who is a Salamanca Music Teacher these days. My mom’s students go places, Brooke limits them.

    We’re going to blame Michael Crick of the Salamanca Zoning Board … and also a Lilydale licensed medium for constantly telling me and Benjamin/[Ryan] wind up as James Buchanan and William Rufus King to each other. Michael remembers my grandmother Giardini when she was alive and he says her spirit visits her. My deceased grandmother wants to give Benjamin/Ryan a bloodbath since my life went this way…says Michael Crick the Lilydale licensed medium of the Salamanca Zoning Board. Michael has pictures of me and George Borrello on his wall in his house. Michael Crick is going to meet Benjamin Ryan one day…says Michael Crick.

    Do you see how I am sick of this ‘Is Luke mentally ill’ question? This is what happens when biological Polish people try to be like their adopted Italian relatives. I went to Minneapolis not realizing he was simply an arson going 1776 on everything. The word ‘entrapment’ was not in my vocabulary September 2020. A white gay person from the south being treated like a jihad. I’m not supposed to act like 1984 George Orwell had come down on him? Krystie from the FBI acted like we knew each other for years. Hardly. This is like a Grindr hookup gone AWOL with three years of backlash. We’ve hugged once. Mr. Sinatra you are Italian and you sympathize with the Al Capone days. There are Capitol Rioters from the Libertarian Party (Daniel Christmann, Jake Lang, etc) talking about me and Ryan saying ‘Luke went down for a dude who never gave him dick.’ Mr. John Sinatra…how do you think this entire situation makes me feel?”

    “So I send you this letter speaking this way because you deserve a very genuine and human thank you for the time served. I do not lie… June 2023 you called me a public safety threat in the court room. That is the only time I found myself upset with you. I am the least physical person ever. Ask my high school principal Chris Siebert of Salamanca…me and Christian Milanowski in 2009, that situation was unheard of for me. The mental health evaluation saved me. I am sane and sick of this obnoxious life interruption.

    One more thing to talk about. I am desperately trying to turn lemons into lemonade. There needs to be new ways to clear federal criminal records. Alex said no to a Rule 60 Motion. Chautauqua County Jail made me say Ok why not a program similar to NY state’s 5 hour course that takes points off our driver’s license. We do Peace Corps-style work to get records cleared. You see my history of organizing third party presidential debates and directing community theatre, all findable in Olean Times Herald history with Kellen Quigley’s help at their office. A convention in Olean where lawyers from across the country come to form this program. ‘No Felons Left Behind’ perhaps we call it. I can pay for The Old Library Inn myself. What if we got Olean Community Theatre and Olean Theatre Workshop to come together to do a patriotic show with everyone’s kids on stage at the Olean High School Auditorium with Ketanji Brown Jackson with them. The ‘first criminal defense lawyer on the Supreme Court’ lifted my spirits at Niagara County Jail when she was first nominated. I can see beyond the ‘first black woman’ thing. She has substance. I want Michael Crick to lead the very full OHS auditorium into Episcopalian prayer right in that public school auditorium. I think you would like to see that level of religious freedom practiced by a legitimate Salamanca government official on the Olean High School stage. Ketanji Brown Jackson speaks after the show with local kids about the Bill of Rights in her own words, to a very full rural auditorium. All levels of law enforcement welcome to patrol the event however they see fit. The lawyer convention at The Old Library Inn where lawyers form the logistics to create this program…”

    “…similar to NY state’s 5 hour driver’s license course [illegible]. Everywhere in between DUI felonies to A level federal felonies would require X, Y, and Z amount of community service hours with charities around the country willing to cooperate with such a federal program. Look at the amount of repeat offending with these people you typically deal with in that courtroom going on. It needs to be thwarted. It is a miracle I still have my house I bought myself after all this and it is not fair to my mother to pay my bills. I can’t have this disaster continue so I keep getting dragged down and resort to ATM raiding like Teeters Charleston SC friend Elexya does. My foundation has been shaken by this and I want my own legal issues solved the right way. I am a homeowner damned to solitude for whatever reason. This could be quite a positive on behalf of so many people beyond myself and I think you agree. No kidding it’s bad to make people feel threatened. Well guess what, Victim-1/R.G. never even met me and I spoke as myself giving you so many people who have known me face to face for years. Local city officials and county officials have known me for years around here. To get the Mayor of Olean Bill Aiello to speak to an Old Library Inn full of lawyers from across the country about Olean’s history regarding manufacturing with hopes of getting them interested in investing in Olean. So many successes from this event I want to organize for 2024 could come for this area. We have the US Space Force now. Dresser Rand of Olean doesn’t have to be all we have. Seneca Nation business leaders also invited to meet with these well connected lawyers from across the country. An entire area lifted up in so many ways all because one person wants his felony positively cleared.

    I think you wanted to hear ME talk in that courtroom. Yes, I am DONE with being advised to not speak for myself. My grandmother Giardini the former village level judge who would be 83 today had Covid era nursing home policies not killed her off, would likely attend a local Tea Party meeting lead by YOU and listen to your thoughts on the world the entire time uninterrupted. Now that I’ve written this to you the day after I got back home, it’s making me want to talk to you face to face about what I want to make of this in 2024. I was one of George Borrello’s top donors.
